Reed Clay
President
Reed Clay serves as President of the Texas Nuclear Alliance, the only industry association in Texas dedicated to the advancement of nuclear technology in the state. TNA was formed with a singular mission: to make Texas the Nuclear Capital of the World. TNA seeks to educate Texans on the advancements in nuclear technology, advocate for public policy changes to support our country’s nuclear renaissance, and organize a growing grassroots army supporting nuclear technology. Reed founded the Texas Nuclear Alliance after recognizing that there was no single organization in Texas to advocate for the incredible advancements being made across the nuclear industry.

Lauren Clay
Vice President for Membership and Communications
For nearly 15 years, Lauren has worked at the highest levels of state and federal government providing invaluable guidance to elected officials and industry leaders regarding strategic communications and media relations. In these roles, she distinguished herself at cultivating collaborations to develop and deliver effective, compelling communications on fast-paced, complex, and high-profile issues in highly- charged political environments. Lauren’s success stems from her uncanny ability to understand and speak to the politics of any issue and to do so in a way that relates to every level of government. Her management skills have allowed her to flawlessly manage complex initiatives and coalitions for statewide elected officials and Fortune 500 companies alike.

Caroline Wylie
Vice President for Advocacy
Caroline Wylie has more than a decade of experience at the crossroads of government affairs, public policy, strategic advocacy, communications and politics. Her passion for shaping impactful policies and fostering collaborative relationships has led her to excel in navigating the complex landscape of Texas politics at both the State and Local level. Her work ethic, strategic acumen and integrity make Caroline a magnetic force in driving positive change.

Andrew Kirima serves as Director of Development for the Texas Nuclear Alliance, the only industry association in Texas dedicated to the advancement of nuclear technology in the state.
