AUSTIN, Texas (May 28, 2026) – The Texas Nuclear Alliance (TNA) proudly welcomes as a member Quantum Leap Energy, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ASP Isotopes Inc. (NASDAQ: ASPI) (“ASPI”) dedicated to advancing innovative technologies and processes across critical segments of the fission and fusion nuclear fuel cycle.

“Quantum Leap Energy is making a vital contribution to strengthening the nuclear fuel cycle here in the United States at a time when reliable fuel supply is critical to America’s energy security,” said Reed Clay, President of the Texas Nuclear Alliance. “Their innovative work across uranium enrichment, HALEU production, lithium isotope separation, and advanced waste treatment technologies will help remove key bottlenecks and accelerate the deployment of next-generation nuclear reactors both in Texas and across the globe.”

“As the world’s eighth-largest economy, Texas has the scale and the vision to define the future of nuclear energy,” said Dr. Ryno Pretorius, Chief Executive Officer of Quantum Leap Energy. “The robust support we’ve seen from state leadership has created a strong foundation for the entire commercial ecosystem to innovate at pace. At Quantum Leap Energy, we are honored to join the Texas Nuclear Alliance to help steer this collective effort, advancing the state’s energy and economic dominance for years to come.”

About Quantum Leap Energy
Quantum Leap Energy is a development stage nuclear fuels company dedicated to advancing innovative technologies and processes across critical segments of the nuclear fuel cycle. The Company focuses on both front-end activities, including uranium conversion, enrichment of uranium-235 for nuclear fuel production (HALEU, LEU+ and LEU), and isotopic separation of lithium-6 and lithium-7, as well as back-end radioactive waste treatment technologies. Through exclusive global rights to proprietary Aerodynamic Separation Process (ASP) and laser-based Quantum Enrichment (QE) technologies, Quantum Leap Energy aims to address perceived gaps in the nuclear fuel supply chain for advanced nuclear reactors, small modular reactors, and fusion systems. The Company has established strategic partnerships or commercial initiatives and relationships with industry leaders including TerraPower, Fermi America, and the South Africa Nuclear Energy Corporation (Necsa) to accelerate the commercialization of critical isotopes essential for next-generation nuclear energy systems. About the Texas Nuclear Alliance
TNA is the only industry association in Texas dedicated to the advancement of nuclear technology in the state. Formed in 2022 in the aftermath of Winter Storm Uri, and comprising of over 70 member entities today, TNA is based on the fundamental premise that if Texas and the world want low-carbon, reliable energy, it can no longer turn its back on nuclear energy. In the 89th Texas Legislature, TNA helped pass four nuclear-dedicated bills, including House Bill 14, a $350 million investment by the state in nuclear energy—the largest of its kind in the U.S—that led to the creation of the Texas Advanced Nuclear Energy Office (TANEO). TNA was formed with a singular mission: to make Texas the Nuclear Capital of the World. Nuclear is clean, safe, reliable, and secure.
